Eye contact : how souls catch fire.

The naughty smirk on his lips turned into a playful one as he looked at the shocked look on her face.

Aadya narrowed her eyes and slapped him continuously on his chest,"shameless, vulgar man," she cursed.

"How can someone be this shameless and crude. Can't you refine your words before spitting them you vulgar man," she yelled and continued hitting him as he laughed at the look on her face.

Finally controlling his laughter he held her hands, stopping her.

Taking a deep breath he asked her in a serious tone, letting go of all the playfulness in his words or features," who are you to me?" she blinked at the hardness of his voice.

"Your wife," she answered.

"My wife, do you want the truth from your husband or lie? he held her face in his big hands. She felt its roughness on her soft cheeks as she snuggled more to his hand and mumbled an audible, "truth."

"So I am giving you the truth. I told you before. I love your boobs and I am crazy about your round nipples and that dark areola surrounding them. I want to suck it even now," he confessed, staring at her perky breasts covered by a lacy bra.

"I don't care if you find it dirty but my darling be aware of one thing that you are living with a dirty man," he pointed to himself, "and this dirty man wants to suck on your round, brown nipples forever."

" The truth is I want to do every obscene thing with you in the most obscene ways and sucking your nipples and drinking from it is one of my fantasies," he husked near her lips.

She was speechless.

Not knowing what to say or do. She only looked in his brown eyes sitting idle on his lap, feeling the thickness of his manhood near her entrance.

"It's dirty," she whispered.

"My truth is dirty," he whispered.

"Then hide the truth from me," her lips stroked lightly against his as she whispered.

"Believe me I am trying my best."

It felt like a century had passed as they sat like that for a minute. Aadya looked down, breaking eye contact. Her breasts were looking more small to her. She wondered why he likes them so much.

"They are so small," she said with her eyes on her chest.

Holding them in his hand he pressed them hard making her wince in pain,"They are perfect for my hands," he smirked.

Her back arched more and she shook her head feeling the pain as he squeezed her nipples from above her bra.

"Honey, stop it. My periods are on the way, it's painful," she winced, closing her eyes. Vikram left his hold on her breasts and rubbed them, soothingly.

The lines of pain from her face soothes away and she breathed through her mouth as he rubbed his hard hands on her breasts, feeling her pointed nipples on the center of his palms, "Your hands are so rough," her voice came out quite with a hint of a sluggish moan. "Do you work in an office or kill people with daggers," she asked, noticing the cuts of his hands.

"what if I say you have caught me in the second line," he pulled her closer making her core touch his bulge. She whimpered and shut her eyes at the touch, "I will not believe it. Even if the almighty says that," her lips sealed together making that bow of pink rose.

She left him speechless, once again. He wanted to complain, "Look this is hardly fair. You can not trust me this much. I am showing my dirt to you and even in the dirtiness you are finding those tints of goodness. Are you seeing a part of yourself in others?"

Instead of that he said the other best thing that comes in his mind whenever she looks at him,"how I got so lucky to have you?" burying his head between her breasts he asked.

She hugged him tightly to herself, almost binding them together, "just like I got lucky to find you."

She closed her eyes and savored the moment as they sat on the grass with their clothes sprawled around them. Half nude, feeling the warmth of each other.

Their moment was broken by the tune of her phone making her flinch at its loudness.

Detaching herself from his strong body she looked at her phone's screen. Her eyes lightened up seeing the name of her best friend. She had not spoken to her in the last two days.

"Anokhi is calling," she smiled oblivious to the distaste in Vikram's face.

Before she could answer the phone Vikram snatched it from her and cut the call,"what are you doing? Why did you cut the call? "

"Because she is disturbing us. I want your all attention when you are with me," he seized the words and started wearing his clothes.

Aadya looked at him silently, after that club's incident Vikram stopped putting a little trust he had on Anokhi. She understands that he is protective of her and wants best for her but Anokhi is her only friend and he has to understand that.

"What? Why are you looking at me like that? Who is more important to you? Your friend or your husband?" he asked.

Aadya shook her head and took care of her clothes, "Of course you are more important to me. You are my husband, Vikram. I will always choose you over her. But she is my only friend and she is also important to me."

Vikram looked at her innocent face. She has hope in her eyes that he will understand her.

He squeezed her lower lips between his fingers and she let him do that without raising a word of resistance.

"Promise me, you will not talk to her at least till the time you are not joining your work. I want you to give your full time to your husbands," she frowned when his eyes suddenly turned dark and his face carved into hardness.

"Okay," she said through her squishy lips, Vikram's lips curled up in a smile and he kissed her lower lip.

"Come let's go in," standing on his feet he opened his hand to her. Aadya looked at him then at his rough hands and smiling a little she gave her hand to him.

"Why are your hands so rough? I remember yesterday it was not this battered," she touched the back of his hand as they walked down on the wet grass.

"You answered it already darling. Before coming here to you I killed someone with a dagger," he said with a smile.

For a moment she saw that emotional difference which said that he could kill a man and not care a bit. Then at the next moment she laughed, "oh shut up with your jokes, honey," placing her head on his shoulder she said with a smile.

Vikram only chuckled at his darling.

Aadya's pen ran fast as she started writing in silence

Aadya's pen ran fast as she started writing in silence. Her ideas raced ahead and her words found it difficult to catch up with them. It was not only her face which resembled her mother, more than many ways she was like her deceased mother.

One who knows both the women will know how similar they are. Both of them cooked their words in their mind all day long and when the words came down on the paper they tumbled to one another.

Not only love, compassion, courage or kindness. They were the same in expressing their hatred too.

Sitting on the black chair and running the words on the white papers with a blue ink pen she was looking like the reincarnation of her mother, only if she could see herself like that she would wonder was it really her or her mother!

Finally the words came to rest and she slided back to the red chair and let out a breath of satisfaction of completing her work. Her eyes wandered to the red flowers on the table, they were fresh and blooming.

Wasn't it creepy to think that when she was sleeping soundly in Rudra's room someone came in her room, cleaned it and changed the flowers on the vase.

It was awkward to think that whoever came into her room in her absence saw the red art which was furnishing her room.

She grimaced, closing her eyes. She used to think only her one husband was a difficult puzzle to solve but now she was understating that her three husbands are way harder than any puzzle.

She wanted to solve them but at the same time there was a fear in heart thinking what she would get after finally understanding them.

Shaking her head, she opened the drawer of the desk to keep her notebooks safely. She withdrew the drawer and was about to put her notebook inside when something caught her eyes.

A box of rings.

It was the rings she had bought for them but never got the courage to give them. Especially after rings they had gifted her. The three plain and simple rings were nothing in front of the diamond rings that they had placed on her fingers.

"I will get diamond rings for them," she whispered and closed the drawer.

She wore her hair in a low bun and entered the walk-in closet she rolled her eyes at the extravagant designs of the closet. She likes to use her simple wooden wardrobe rather than this luxurious walk-in closet that her husband has designed for her.

She was a Gucci, Versace or sometimes a Dior girl but her husbands had filled her closet with all the vintage and famous fashion brands. From Louis Vuitton to Chanel and from Balmain to Ralph Lauren it has everything.

Born billionaires, she mumbled and opened the velvet drawer in which she had kept her personal jewelry which she had got from her mother and mother-in-laws

Born billionaires, she mumbled and opened the velvet drawer in which she had kept her personal jewelry which she had got from her mother and mother-in-laws.

Aadya did not touch her wedding jewelry or the jewelry her mother in laws gave her. She took out a black jewelry box from the drawer which had her mother's jewelry.

When she opened the box her breath caught in her throat seeing the beauty which rested inside the box. It was an exquisite vintage diamond tiara. She touched the piece of tiara with warm tears eyes.

She had never seen her mumma wearing this tiara but she was sure that her mumma would have looked breathtaking wearing it. With a heavy heart she closed the box and decided to sell this tiara and got expensive rings for her husbands.

It was not like she did not have money, her parents had left enough for her that she could spend her whole life.

But this time she wanted to give them something from her own earnings and three expensive diamond rings was little more for a young working woman who only works as a volunteer.

It was a hard decision. There was no doubt in it that her heart was not inclined with what her mind was saying but she had decided. Yes it was heartless of her but it was better than the other choice she has.

She sighed and glanced at the tiara. It was really a gorgeous tiara. With delicate hands she took it out from the box and beheld its beauty.

Walking to the vanity mirror she placed the box on the table and wore the tiara

Walking to the vanity mirror she placed the box on the table and wore the tiara. A smile graced her pretty lips looking at her reflection. She was looking pretty, maybe prettier than her mother has ever looked. It seems like her mother had bought this tiara for Aadya because it suited perfectly on her.

She wondered if she was doing the right thing by selling this beautiful piece which belongs to her mumma.

She was so lost in her thoughts that she did not notice the man who was gawking at her reflection, and savoring the beauty before him.

"Princess,"his tone was hesitant with a pinch of guilt in it.

She tore her gaze from her reflection and looked at Rudra through the mirror. She was missing his voice, his eyes on her, the way he called her princess.

"Sugar," she whispered when her eyes met with his and he glanced away.

"Come down and have your lunch," he only said that and not waiting for her reply turned around to go out.

His ignorance broke her heart and warm tears clouded in her eyes, "Sugar," she cried, holding his wrist and stopping him before he again ignored her and went out.

"Why are you not talking to me? I am missing you," her voice shook a little as she looked at him innocently.

Rudra closed his eyes and his lips twisted in a painful smile. She did not see it. She did not understand what he was going through. It was unbearable for him to look at her eyes and not remember what happened last night or what was about to happen.

At this moment, when she is hugging him tightly from behind, looking nothing less than a beautiful witch who rules his mind, conscious or subconscious. He could only imagine what she would do if she knew what he saw in his dreams or what he was about to do in reality.

"Don't think about it much Aadya and come down," he freed himself from her soft hold, breaking her heart with his blank tone.

She wanted to hold him and kept asking him until he did not answer her that what had changed in one night but she put her pride forward and did not bother him for anything more.

She kept silent as they walked through the empty halls side by side.

She did not give a single glance to Digvijay, as she did not forget what he had said. On the other hand she smiled at Vikram when he pulled out a chair for her,"Thank you," she said.

"You are beautiful," her eyebrows creased together when Vikram said that in a sigh. She looked at him and found him already staring at her.

Why is he looking at me like that? She thought to herself and raised her eyes to glance at Digvijay. He was also staring at her.

She glanced at Rudra, he was gaping at her too but as she looked at him he again looked down not meeting her eyes.

She pursed her lips, not getting why they were gaping at her like that. Sometimes they are worse than any creep.

She shook her head lightly to be honest now she was getting used to it. Them gawking at her nonstop for any particular reason.

"You also gawk at them like a teenager sometimes," she twisted her lips at her subconscious.

"So what! They are my husbands. If I will not stare at them then who will? Your grandma!" rolling her eyes at her subconscious she enjoyed the delicious taste of the pasta which Rudra had cooked.

"There you got your answer madam," replied her subconscious cheekily to which Aadya scoffed.

"Yeah, yeah. Now get out. I don't need you here. Shoo," Aadya shoo away her subconscious and focused her attention on her food.

"You are looking like a true royal queen,"Digvijay whispered almost in a daze.

Aadya looked up from her plate at him and frowned. What kind of wife is she? They did not have a piece of food on their plate and she was eating like a pig.

Wiping her mouth she started serving them and asked Digvijay in a slightly angry tone, "Why are you saying this now? " she has not forgotten what he had said.

Virkam shook his head at his darling and pointed to the tiara on her head."Oh, I forgot to put it back in the drawer. It's my mother's," she told them and taking it off from her head she observed it for a minute and kept it on her lap.

"Eat," she whispered, smiling back at Vikram.

***********************************

They were sitting in the living room. Digvijay was working on his laptop while Rudra was looking out from the window lost deep in his thoughts. Aadya was watching his broad back as her thoughts wandered to him over and over.

Holding her soft hands in his Vikram was playing with her fingers as she sat beside him on the sofa. He glanced at her, she was near him physically but it looked like she was somewhere else in her mind.

"Ouch," Aadya came back from her thoughts and winced when Vikram bit her fingertips. Digvijay snapped his head towards her when he heard her painful wince. While Rudra ran to her when he heard her voice.

"Princess, you okay?" worry laced his voice as he sat on his knees before her and peered at the lines of discomfort on her forehead.

Now you are showing your concern!

She ignored his concern and icily glared at Vikram who wink at her, smirking.

Digvijay understood the situation and got back to the work in hand while Rudra almost looked heartbroken when she brilliantly ignored him, not even saying a single word to him.

He was motionless in his place and was gazing at her happy face when the door of the living room opened and Alessandro entered.

"Since when you started going against the orders of your bosses, Alessandro?" A spasm of irritation crosses Digvijay's face as closing the laptop he walked to him and stands up before him, hiding his wife from another man's eyes.

Rudra was in his feet in second and hide his wife before his tall demeanor as she tried to see Alessandro by tilting her head a little,"Get out at this second or I will kill you," Aadya took a sharp breath when she heard the word kill from Rudra's mouth.

Vikram pulled her on his lap and hid her face in his neck,"You are crossing your line, Sandro," a cloud of warning settled on Vikram's face.

They had made it clear to everyone that no man is permitted to look at their wife let alone be in her presence. But it looks like their most trusted man did not understand the seriousness of their words.

Aadya was lost. She was not getting why they were speaking in such a manner to Sandro. He has been such a good and trustworthy employee. He does not deserve this resentment at all.

And why the hell they were not letting her see him, it's not like she had not looked at him before!

Alessandro kept his eyes down and his hand behind his back in submission. He has not forgotten the orders of his bosses but it was the need of the situation which made him enter the house in the bright daylight.

"I apologize Sirs. But I was instructed to inform you this in person. Mr. Rajawat is coming tonight to meet his daughter. He.." Aadya did not let him complete his sentence and freeing herself from Vikram's hold she jumped in delight, "What? My papa is coming tonight and you are telling me now!" she exclaimed, looking at Alessandro.

The trio hated the way she was looking at him with delight. Digvijay pulled her to his body and encircled his hand around her shoulder, possessively.

Aadya tried to free herself from him but his hold was tight. Her lips twisted warily but she didn't let him damp her mood and again looking at Alessandro she asked, "Are others also coming with him? "

"Yes ma'am," Alessandro nodded without looking at her.

Aadya's happiness knew no bounds and she clasped her hands together with a broad smile on her lips, "Yes. It will be so fun with everyone here. I will make dinner for my Papa. I will make everything he likes he will be so happy!"

"Let me go. I have to note down the recipes," annoyed enough by her husbands she told him to free her.

Digvijay held her more tightly, almost crushing her to his body. He looked down at her with his expression turning brisk and clenched out the words to Alessandro, "Your job is done. Get out."

Aadya made a face at the way he spoke to one of his most loyal men as she saw Alessandro going out.

Suddenly something struck in her mind and shouted,"Sandro."

The three men burned from inside when she took another man's name. That too an informal name as if he was someone close to her. Alessandro stopped at his steps but did not look behind her.

"I saw your daughter on my wedding day but did not get a time to meet her properly. Please bring her to tonight's dinner," she smiled, kindly while her husbands frowned at this gesture.

"Ma'am this is a family dinner. I am positive that my daughter's presence is not needed," he replied with his usual emotionless voice.

"I am not hearing anything from you. I want to meet her and she is coming to tonight's dinner. You guys are our family too," she shrugged, smiling while her husbands rolled their eyes at their wife's extra kindness.

"Get out, Alessandro," Vikram's voice echoed in the quiet room.

**********************************

Rudra was watching her closely. How she was focusing her full attention on cutting the almonds for the dessert. Somehow it reminded him of that night.

He did not let her make dinner alone. Especially after yesterday's dinner fiasco that's why he was helping her in the kitchen. They have made the dinner in complete silence with no one saying a word.

After she was done with the almonds Aadya pulled her attention to the soup on the gas. Rudra was taking his time to gawk at her as she busied herself in cooking.

She looks beautiful while working in the kitchen with her lesser cooking skills but lots of love in her heart.

As she stirred the soup he stared at her. Her skin was looking so radiant, she was genuinely happy that their family were coming over for dinner.

Aadya was aware of his gaze on her but she did not let it bother her and kept doing her work.

Finally she turned off the gas and was about to put the hot soup on her palm to check the salt when Rudra stopped her. He took the soup ladle from her hand and put a hot soup on his palm and gestured to her to check the salt. Aadya looked at him and tasted the soup from his hand. She only nodded at the taste and turned off the gas.

"You go and change, I will take care of the other things,"said Rudra. It was the first time one of them was speaking in the silence of the kitchen tonight.

"Alright," Aadya mumbled and went out of the kitchen hiding the tears in her eyes.

Aadya was looking ravishing in a champagne color dress. Her hair was left open and a light make up was complimenting her alluring dress.

Every inch of her body was alluring but the glint of bliss was missing from her eyes. She was missing her sugar.

They spend two hours in the kitchen working together, still he did not utter a word until last. She could feel his eyes all the time but his silence was killing her.

The day had gone without her rambling something useless to him and him nodding at her rubbish talks.

She took a deep breath and glanced at the clock on the wall. She frowned, deep in her thoughts she completely forgot about the time. It was fifteen past seven and their family was supposed to come at seven.

Giving a last touch to her makeup she was about to get up from the vanity chair when Vikram entered inside.

He halted on his steps as he looked at his beautiful wife. Aadya smiled at him through the mirror and turning her neck a bit she looked at him and gestured to him to come closer.

Closing his slightly ajar mouth Vikram walked to her and placing his hand on her shoulders he rasped on her ears, "I wanna fuck you now. I swear."

Aadya turned scarlet and shook her head at her shameless husband, "Shut up, honey," she said, bashfully.

"Something is missing though," she raises her eyebrows asking him what was missing now.

Vikram chuckled and taking the nuptial chain from the dressing table he tied it around her neck, "Now you are looking perfect," he whispered, encircling his strong arms around her waist.

They stared at their reflection in the mirror. How perfect they looked together as if they were two parts of one another.

"Offo, Vikram I am already late. Let's go downstairs, my papa must be waiting for me!" Aadya exclaimed as her eyes moved to the table clock.

"Okay now, Papa is more important than your husband now?" Vikram asked her playfully.

"Obviously," she shrugged in his arms and giggled at the look on his face.

When Aadya came downstairs with Vikram everyone's eyes were on her, especially Rudra's and Digvijay's.

However as Aadya came down she did not spare a glance at them and ran to Jairaj. She bent slightly to touch his feet but he stopped her holding her shoulder and hugged her to his chest,"Are you happy?" it was his first question to her to which Aadya nodded, smiling.

"Am I looking pretty ?" she grinned when he held her in an arm's distance and looked at her from up to down.

"No," he shook his head, making her pout, "You are pretty all the time, angel," he smiled and kissed her forehead.

"Thanks,"she smiled with teary eyes and said her favorite word,"Papa."

After greeting him she greeted her two mother-in-laws by touching their feet. They were not as expressive as Jairaj but it did not hurted Aadya. She hugged Priya tight while only saying hello to her other sister in law. She wanted to give a hug to Aditya too but he was fine with a simple hey.

She shrugged at his lack of showing affection while Aditya wiped the sweat from his forehead and smiled at his brother who was daring him to even look Aadya in the eyes.

Soon everyone settled in the living room. She was sitting with her Papa and was telling him about the quotes and slogans she had written today and he was listening to her patiently.

While talking to him she glanced towards Rudra and found him talking to Drishti. He was hearing whatever with full concentration, giving his all attention to her.

She did not feel good at the way he was looking at her and nodding at whatever she was telling him.

She tried to divert her attention from them and focused on what Jairaj was saying but every now and then her eyes were stopping at them.

Drishti was looking so happy, her eyes were sparkling as he was hearing her patiently. Aadya tried to let go of that bitter feeling from her heart but it didn't move.

Feeling her stare on him Rudra looked at her and as soon as their eyes met she tore the eye contact and looked down at her fingers.

When Aadya was setting up the dining table alone her mind was diverting to Rudra over and over again. Especially when she saw him smiling at some other woman her heart turned into ashes. She did not understand why she was feeling like this way. They were only having a normal conversation.

"Babez, are you okay? " Priya asked, helping her in setting the dishes on the dining table.

Aadya tore her gaze from the two and smiled at her, "Of course I am okay. Why are you asking?"

Priya smiled awkwardly and shrugged, she said, "You are glancing at them again and again. Do you not like them talking to each other? " she gestured towards Rudra and Drishti.

Aadya waved her hand, laughing," Oh sweetie, you are getting it wrong. I don't have any problem with them having a conversation."

Priya smiled, nodded and asked a little uneasily, "Don't you feel jealous?"

That caught her off guard and she realized that this is what she was feeling right now.

"No, I don't feel jealous," she lied, smoothly.

"Really! Not even after knowing that the woman your husband is talking to used to love him madly," she whisper yelled not getting why Aadya was even allowed Rudra to talk to Drishti.

Aadya stopped what she was doing and looked dead in Priya's eyes.

Her heart was ticking like a time bomb in her chest.
