13) Be Careful What U Wish 4

At The Wild Velvet Club

Saturday

9:45 Pm

Aadya entered in the club, the loud music reaching her ears making her heart thumbing loudly. Dark lights illuminating the club, shade black spread around her making her blind for a second. The dark lights giving a slightest view of people, drunk on euphoria forgetting the hard life outside this place.

Everyone dancing along with the beats of the music. Drunk in madness, lust and tempted to the deeds they sure of never doing when they are in their right senses.

Saturday night clubbing was never her scene, it never tempted her.

But if she wants to get the answer of her questions, she had to come here tonight.

Ignoring the lustful looks she is getting from the drunk and high guys she walked towards the bar counter.

"The scene is pretty wild tonight" she said as she settled down on the bar stool, glancing towards the crowd on the dance floor.

Hearing her voice, the bar attended looked at her, her straight black hair in a high ponytail with a deep dark red on her lips making her look like a sexy siren. He get mesmerized by her blue-green eyes which reminded everyone of deep blue sea.

"It's Saturday night, it's the night to get wild after tiring weekdays work. You can't blame them to be this wild" he said as his eyes travelled from her eyes to her dark red lips to her perky breast.

That was very well noticed by Aadya. But she bit her tongue and restraint herself.

"What would you like to have love? "asked the bar attended, dissembling to be a gentleman.

"Margarita please" she whispered.. Giving him a seductive smile as she gazed him up and down.

She could every men's lustful gaze on her, it was making her feel like thousands of insects running through her body. In a 90's bodycon dress with a chrome heart choker on her neck... She was sure a sight for sore eyes.. An Enchantress.

"Here's your drink" the bar attended said as he placed her margarita in front of her. He placed his arms on the counter.

He was definitely trying to flex as she can clearly see his bulging muscles through his tight white shirt.

She is not able to comprehend that why him or other men in the club are gawking at her.

Her face daubed with makeup hiding the dark circles, bags under her eyes, the red dark lipstick coating her dry and chapped lips, the stilettos adding the unwanted extra height to her already tall frame.

The dress, the makeup, the heels all this are just a disguise to hide her true self from the world.

Her red dress making her look fierce and confident but she is anything but that now.

She is tired, worned out by the situation.. That is making her feel only one thing..

Loneliness

People say love failure, betrayal and rejection are the greatest agony life can give you. But that's not true.

The pain of being lonely is...

Sitting in a club observing her surrounding making her feel one thing, that loneliness is not the new emotion to her.

She always had this thread of loneliness in her life, feeling of loneliness...not a sad loneliness but yes..

When her parents died, loneliness was with her. When her adopted parents died, loneliness was with her. And now when her brother is not with her she is again alone with the loneliness.

Living in Anokhi's apartment making her feel even more lonely. Everything their, reminding her of her choosen sister.

Without Abhimanyu by her side, she is feeling vacant..

It's been one week since he was arrested on a false accusations. One whole week without him was torture for her.

After one week she is coming out of her friend's apartment. It's been a really hard week as press and media are following her like a stray dogs. The notification she is getting on her phone from these people are another reason of her headache.

"Aren't you Aadya kumar, sister of Abhimanyu Kumar. The conman of India" bar attended asked her looking curiously at her.

"Yes I am his sister. And he is not a conman. The case is still running in the court. He has not proven guilty of any of those accusations. So mind your tongue" Aadya seethed through clenched teeth as she glared at him.

She hate it. People without knowing the truth had already given him the name "Conman". Are they for real? He has not proven guilty by the court.

"Hey.. Hey Sweetheart.. Chill I was just asking" bar attended said as he raised his hands in mock surrender.

"Don't call me Sweetheart" the fury was visible in her eyes .

Only Abhi has the right to call her Sweetheart. She is his Sweetheart.

She looked down and took a deep breath and again looked at him.

She had to this..

"If I ask you something, will you tell?" she whispered leaning her arms forward on the counter. Now their was just a mere inch of distance between him and her.

His breath hitched as he perceived the golden tint in her blue green orbs.

"If you ask for my life.. I will gladly give you" he said as if he was hypnotized by her....may be he was.

She was right.. He was a big flirt.

Aadya smirked on his words..

"I don't have any desire to take your life.. Just tell me where can I meet the Triumvirates?" she whispered

And the spell that was set on him was broken as she took their name.

The Triumvirates.

"I am sorry I can't tell you this. It's against my protocol." bar attended said getting all serious.

For him or anyone else in the business, honey trap was not a new term.

It will be their last day if they pass the information of their bosses. Even to a irresistible and luring nymph.

"I will do whatever you say" she said tracing her index finger on his sharp jaw.

"Sorry I can't" saying this the bar attended get back to his work leaving a her alone with her thoughts.

"What a useless girl. Can't even lure a man" her subconscious mocked at her.

"May be red is not the colour of seduction" she said to her subconscious as she looked at her red painted nails.

"You are a zero.. A big zero" her subconscious rolled her eyes at her.

Before she can answer back. She heard a voice calling her.

"Excuse me ma'am" said a cold and distant voice, the Columbian accent was prominent.

She looked towards the source of the voice. Their stood a man as cold and distant as his voice.

"Yes" she sighed.

Here comes another person for asking her "if she is related to Abhimanyu kumar.. The Conman?"

Now she can't handle it. She would explode any second now.

"Please.. Go away. I don't wanna... " she was interrupted by the same man again.

"Ma'am please come this way" the man requested her politely.

"Why should I follow you?" she asked him, her eyes widen at his words.

Negative thoughts invading her mind.

"I work for Triumvirates" he said before she could further misinterpreted him.

She frowned at his word. How did he know she is here for them? She looked at the bar attended. He winked at her as he passed the drink to other people.

"Why should I believe you?" she asked that man. She can't believe any random man's words. Maybe he is some pervert.

"Mr. Vikram had put a condition to you. If you work for their project, Mr. Digvijay will attend the welfare programme" he said. The fact only known by few people. Them, her, Abhi and Anokhi.

Him telling her this only meant one thing. He was someone close to the Triumvirates.

"Okay" she nodded believing him.

"Please follow me"

She followed him. They passed through the wild young crowd. Sweaty and drunk. When suddenly someone spanked her back. She paused in her step and looked behind, a boy smirking mischievously. His dirty intentions were clearly visible on his face.

Her jaw clenched. How dare he!

Before she could do anything, the same man interrupted her.. Again.

"Ma'am please come fast."

She glared at the boy and kicked him where it hurts the most. His baby maker.

As she followed the man, she noticed that they are leaving behind the dark illuminating lights of club.

This section of club is much more lavish and extravagant.

She noticed that the man she was following is in his mid fifties maybe. He had pepper hair but he was handsome nonetheless.

As the red lights replaced the black one. The loud club music was too replaced by a smooth sensual feminine voice.

"I look and stare so deep in your eyes

I touch on you more and more every time....

When you leave I'm beggin' you not to go...

Call your name two, three times in a row..

Such a funny thing for me to try to explain..

How I am feeling and my pride is the one to blame, yeah..

Cause I know I don't understand..

Just how your love can do what no one else can...."

The soulful voice become more clearer as they reached the VIP section of the club. This section of club was surrounded by red.

Her eyes met to the owner of that soulful yet seductive voice.

Aadya was surprised to see the voice belonged to a old but a extremely attractive lady maybe in her forties. She was wearing a red gown with a white pearls adorning her neck. Matching the colour of atmosphere.

Red.. She was so wrong Red is the colour of seduction.

It was not only a VIP club but a damn whole bar or you can say a strip club.

She gazed at the center of the club, a gorgeous woman was performing a pole dance.

The woman was skinny even skinnier than her, Aadya saw how gracefully she wrapped her arms around the pole and swirled. In a black leather short dress, deep black hair open swirled with her, dark red lipstick and a she devil choker on her neck making her look like an angel in devil's disguise.

She was admiring her, the woman was graceful.

The men in the club were lusting over her graceful yet sensual moves. She sure was a seductress as she bit her bottom lip erotically and moved with the lyrics of the song. Still her eyes were showing a another kind of emotions.... It's a story for another time.

"Ma'am please" the same man again requested her to move forward.

Men who were lusting over the stripper were now gawking at Aadya's slender legs. The lady who performing a pole dance was glaring at Aadya as she took away the attention from her.

She ignored the lustful looks of men and not paid the attention to the woman glaring at her as she followed that man.

They entered another part of club, it was much more lavish and private.

Ironically the first thing she noticed was "what the fuck have you done" written on the corner, the bright lights illuminating the words.

She asked herself the same question as she looked at the triumvirates. What the fuck had she done? It was a disasterous idea to come here to meet them.

"You can go Alejandro" Digvijay said to the man who escorted her here.

Alejandro nodded and left Aadya alone with them.

Now its only her and the triumvirates in one room.

"Would you like to have a drink Aadya?" Digvijay asked as he made a drink for him and his friends.

"Sure" Aadya said looking around the room.

It was the first time she heard her name in his voice. It sounded better..

"Please take a seat" Vikram said as he angled himself to hit the ball into the pocket of snooker board.

Rudra glanced at her from the snooker table, as she took a seat at the golden leather sofa.

The light melodious voice of lady singing crazy in love, was the only sound heard in the silent room.

"It's the way that you know what I thought I know..

It's beat that my heart skips when I'm with you..

But I still don't understand..

Just how your love can do what no one else can.."

"Neat or on the rocks" Digvijay asked her.

"On the rocks please" she said as she saw Vikram shot white ball on the black one.

Tsk..Tsk.. A foul move. Vikram lost the game.

Aadya smirked seeing him losing while Rudra laughed at him mocking him.

"Here. Your whiskey on the rocks" Digvijay said as he placed her drink on the table and sat on one of the leather sofa in front of her.

She was already little tipsy from the Margarita still she let loose herself and took a sip of whiskey.

"Why did you do this?" she asked them her eyes on the ice cubes slowly melting on the dark liquor.

Their was a pin drop silence in the room.

"Why did you think that it's us who have done this?" asked Vikram as he took a seat beside her.

The fragrance of him invading her senses due to their close proximity.

She pinched her self, she can't get affected by him now.

"If it's not you then whom, Hn?" she said as she looked at him raising her brows. Accusation was clear on her tone.

The alcohol has boost up her confidence. Her emotions was on its surface.

"Not only me the world knows this that it's you behind Abhimanyu's arrest. You three have trapped him on this false case. And why? Just because of jealousy. Because my brother is better than you in every way. Because he is better businessman. Because he got the dream project that you were aiming for.. You have done this because of all this reasons right?" her every word becoming more hoarse than the one before, tiny tendrils of her hair coming out of her ponytail. Her once perfect makeup washed out by her tears and sweat.

She wiped her tears with the back of her hand and took another sip from her drink. The trio found her actions adorable.

The cold liquor dampening the fire of rage that she had bottled up in this last few weeks.

She chuckled humourlessly thinking, it's not her she was never like this.

Where the fuck is calm and collected Aadya went? Who fight the battle with a kind smile on her face. Bloody hell she is crying in front of men.

The Men!

You need to calm down. Don't loose your mind Aadya. Be strong...

Don't be loud...be calm,be calm. She chanted this mantra in her mind.

"Eat red meat and some leafy green vegetables" Vikram whispered as he swirled the glass of whiskey in his hands.

"WHAT" she asked shocked.

Here she is yelling like a mad woman. He is telling her to eat meat and vegetables!

"You are looking pale, tired and short of breath. You have dark circles under your eyes and you look skinnier than the last time I saw you.You should eat good and sleep well. That's what he is saying. Meat and vegetables are good source of iron you know" said Rudra taking a sip from his drink.

She looked at him as he walked towards them. One hand holding a glass of liquor and another hand in his pant pocket. He walked like a model and sat down beside her.

Why do they care? It's not like she is someone special to them. She is just another pretty girl for them, who right now is looking like a walking corpse..

She was now surrounded by them. Vikram on her left, Rudra on right and Digvijay in front of her.

For a second she felt like she is not in a lavish club but in the middle of the Bermuda triangle. She will loose herself in this devil's triangle..

"Don't show your fake concern misters.. Just answer me" she said to them.

Even if she die, they will not give a damn about her.

And moreover she didn't wanted to get disappear in their triangle.

"You are misunderstanding everything Aadya. It's not us because of whom he is behind the bars. It's his own deeds" Digvijay said placing his drink on the table.

"Now we playing dirty. Aren't we?" Aadya's voice dripped with spite.

Now they are blaming her innocent Abhimanyu! Liars..

"Karma bites you back. That too a venomous bite darling" Vikram whispered as he leaned back on the sofa.

She glared at him. They are twisting the truth.

"We know why you are here. You want him free of all the accusations, you want him out of jail right. And you know we have the power to do so" Rudra said as glance at her.

The mole on her collarbone grabbing his attention. He glanced away when Aadya glared at him.

"Yes you have that power because you are responsible for his condition. You will take away all the false charges against him. I know you three can do this. And guess what you will do it" Aadya seethed the words.

"We are businessmen Aadya. The best thing we do is making a good deal" Digvijay said. The indirect message was clear on his words.

"Okay so let's make a deal. What do you want from us. I promise you will get it. Just stop this rivalry that you all have with Abhimanyu and take back all the charges against him" she said.

"You promise you will give" Asked Vikram slightly tilting his head.

"I promise" she said.

She can do any thing for her brother. He had sacrificed so much in life for her. Now its her time to sacrifice for him.

"Be our wife" Rudra pronounced the words.

The words uttered by him were bizarre. She thought she heard it all wrong.

"Pardon me... Did I hear it right?" Aadya was bewildered. Is it a dream or reality ?

"Yes.. You heard it right" Vikram's velvety reached her ears, as he tucked a strand of hair behind her left ear.

His cold fingers slightly brushing her red cheeks..sending shivers run down her spine.

"Marry us" Rudra whispered in her ear.

His warm breath tickled her neck. She looked at him. Her blue green orbs meeting his brown ones..

"Brown... Brown is so beautiful and divine" she thought. She saw the desire in his eyes... For her.

At last her eyes met Digvijay's cold gaze. She gulped hard seeing the emotions in them.

To be continued
