Nusrat flinched at Shivoham's words. He was glaring at her with so much fury she knew if she kept looking at him he would kill her at the next moment.

She turned away, showing her back to him as she looked out the window.

"Why are you here?" he repeated, this time she felt him getting closer to her. His voice was much more dangerous, much more threatening.

She kept silent as the tears gathered in her beautiful eyes, "he rejected me. Again," she said, her voice did not break for a second but the tremble on her hands gave away how sad she was.

"I don't care," Shivoham replied, he has much more important things to do then listening to her fucked up love story.

"No one cares. I am sure no one will care if I die tomorrow," Nusrat was always good with words, knowing very well where to use the words of love and affection or the words of pity and sadness.

"Don't play your childish games with me, Nusrat. You can not hide your real face from me," he said, removing the silver watch from his veiny wrist and placing it on the wooden dressing table.

Nusrat chuckled bitterly, keeping her head on the sides of the window she said, "You think my love for him is pretension?"

"I don't find it important to explain myself to you. Now get out," Shivoham opened the door for her.

She was in the very few women whom he cares about but that does not mean she will take advantage of it.

Nusrat looked at him blankly, her hands were crossed above her chest. There was silence in the room for a few minutes. But then she untangled her hands and started opening her clothes, "Not again Nusrat," Shivoham groaned as she threw the jacket on the floor.

In a minute she was before his eyes in a sexy black lingere,"I wore this for him and gave a licence to him to fuck me wherever he wants," she said, pointing her finger to her body.

"but he still denied," he completed her incomplete sentence.

Nusrat only nodded looking down.

Shivoham sighed and walked to her. Nusrat flinched when he raised his hand, she thought he was going to hit her but she was surprised when he cupped her cheek,"Why don't you forget him."

"I love him," she whispered in a shaky voice, her feelings surfaced to her eyes. She really did love him.

Shivoham had known Nusrat for a long time. They have been friends since high school. She has men falling on their knees for her but she has already fallen for someone who doesn't even glance at her.

"Get out Nusrat. I don't want you here," he rasped near her lips. A single tear dropped from her eye. It was the same words he had said to her.

"Shivoham. Please fuck me," she requested in just a whisper.

Shivoham held her cheeks tightly, making her wince in pain with one hand and scratched the end of his eyebrows with another thinking about should he fuck her or not.

Nusrat waited for him patiently, enduring the little pain he was giving her.

"Get on the bed with your arse in the air. I will fuck your arse today," he said after a minute and Nusrat did what she was commanded to do.

Soon the room was filled with the sound of gags and grunts.

One was imagining the love of her life behind those closed eyelids and the other was thinking about the girl in yellow who took his breath away at first glance.

They crisscrossed the traffic of people in the narrow pathway filled with a pungent smell of dirt, alcohol, drugs and blood. The voices of the people were honking in their ears, a few of them did a double take and looked at two young boys going to the other end of the alley.

The boys felt people's eyes on them, few of the women laughed seeing a white boy with a head full of blonde hair in the area which is known as the dustbin of the city.

Their steps became more hurried; they almost started running on the dirty pathway full of pungent mud and water, the dirty water splashing on their clean blue Jeans.

Not even for a single moment they let go of each other's hands, finally they approached the end of the alley.

A man wearing a white mask was leaning against the dirty wall made up of red bricks.Β  The wall has tints of red, they noticed and wondered if that was a spit of tobacco or blood. Their minds convinced it was the latter.

The man leaning against the dirty wallΒ  was actually a fourteen year old boy but behind that white mask no one could tell how old he was.

He put forward his hand to them but not before wandering his eyes here and there.

"Ten thousand," he said, the youngness in his voice made them aware that the man before them is actually just a kid who might have recently reached the age of adolescence.

The high demand of money shocked the two boys, and Affan raised his eyebrows in surprise,"That's too much," he said, clearly not having an intention to pay him that much for a little help.

"Give it or lose it," the fourteen year old only said that and looked at the other boy's chest,"Her breasts are big. She will get caught."

Chandni let go of Affan's hand and kept her hands on her chest. She was caught by a fourteen year old.

"Give me my money I will not tell anyone," the young man was the master of this game and he was playing with them.

Chandni and Affan shared a look and spoke in the language of eyes.

The young man tapped his shoes against the ground in agitation," hurry up or I am going," he said knowing very well that he is their only ticket to hell.

"Wait," Chandni's voice was thick and manly as she stopped him.

"Here is your money," Affan took a bundle of notes from his pocket and put them on his open hands. The fourteen year old took his leisure time counting the money.

"Can you please hurry up," Affan was annoyed, Chandni held his hand tightly, "Keep your voice down," she whispered to him.

The boy nodded after counting the money.

"Here,"he passed two white masks and Chandni his own sweatshirt.

Chandni accepted the sweatshirt and wore it; she didn't pull up the zip and left a much needed space for the hidden camera in her t-shirt to record everything.

And with that they followed the young man. The area changed so was the smell. It was more blood than dirt. Chandni's nose prickled. It was the smell of fresh blood.

"keep her close to you," the guy whispered to Affan. "They will rape her if they got to know her real identity," Affan tightened his hold on her.

"I don't care," it was the most brutal lie she had ever said but her voice didn't waver for even a second. Both boys looked at Chandni who was disguised as a young boy,"Just be alert," Affan said.

The old and long alleyways and slam areas were left behind. Now they were entering into the darkest and most dangerous area of the town. The smell of blood intensified. People turned their heads to look at the three men in the mask but did not raise any questions. For them they were part of their cults. The white maskΒ  indicated that.

Finally they stopped in front of the big rusted iron gate and Chandni saw the world ahead of that gate.

The world was damp, gray, moody and complex.

The screams of kids and women could be heard from there too. It made her sweat. And she gulped in fear. Right in front of her eyes there was a kid, a boy who was chained to the wall like an animal in the old style zoo. He was thin and weak with a puddle of saliva dripping from his mouth and hundreds of bite marks on his skin. He was followed by a long line of kids whoseΒ  condition was the same as him. Some have their skin eaten, some have their limbs cut and some have their skull flattened and broken.

"You are one of us, remember," said the boy who had said yes to help Chandni when most of them said no.

He opened the iron gate and they entered inside the den. Dark and complex hidden from the outer world but free right before her eyes.

She felt nauseous and a bile rose on her throat when she smelled something rotten, it was different from the smell of blood yet so similar. She looked to the right, a line of butcher cutting the piece of meat and chicken.

They looked dark, sweaty, smelly all and all gross. She looked at how they were raising the mutton knife in the air together and butchering the meat full of blood.

She did not count but there were at least eight butchers together in that line.

She did not get what kind of flesh they were cutting but then she again followed the movement of their knife and her eyes ended up in the little baby fingers among those bloody fleshes.

Her breath caught in her throat and she was stopped in her steps. They were butchering babies, human babies.

Cannibalism.

Her whole body shook, she was not that strong, her legs were giving up their strength and she was about to end up fainting on the ground when Affan held her in time.

Through her mask she looked at Affan with fear and disgust evident in her eyes. "Shh," Affan kept his finger over his mouth and encouraged her to move forward.

Chandni knew by now it was much more than child trafficking. They did something very heinous. They were into cannibals and if she wasn't wrong they maybe belong from some kind of cult.

And her doubt got clear when they finally stepped into the den.

It was dark, darker than the night of the new moon.

It was a hall like area, the walls were dark, the only light source in the room was the firepit in the middle. A man was sitting near the fire with few men and women surrounding him. The man in the middle looked superior to the others however his physical features made him look like an animal in the flesh of a human.

She could not see the faces of other people as they were also wearing the same white mask as her but his face. His face was lightning by the blaze of fire. He was wearing a piece of cloth which could barely hide his private parts, his hair was long reaching to his shoulders, he was looking dirty and smelly as if he had not taken a shower for a long time.

Her presumption caught right when they walked near him, he was smelling like a rotten egg.

"Janaab," the young boy who was their escort till now, called the man.

(sir)

The others stopped him from disturbing their leader who had his eyes closed dwelled in deep thinking.

However, the superior man realized the presence of other people near him and opened his eyes.

Chandni gasped when she looked at his eyes. His eyes were white, completely white with no hint of iris.

"Janaab, they have come from Rajasthan," the boy said and Janaab moved his eyes from the boy to the other boys who were new to his den.

"They are willing to work for you. They have brought two dozen kids with them. Aging from 2 to 10. I have seen the kids. The girls are beautiful just like you love and the boys are thin and weak. They would make a great prostitutes and beggars," he said.

Chandni looked at the boy. He did not stutter a little while telling a lie to this man.

Janaab shook his hand at the boy, stopping at him in the middle and he again looked at the two boys from head to toe. His eyes stopped at Chandni's chest for a minute. He narrowed his white eyes at her and with his finger motioned her to come close to him.

Affan did not let go of Chandni's hand when the superior called Chandni near him. Chandni looked at Affan ,he was adamant. He could not let his best friend go near that animal like a human.

When he did not let go of her hand Chandni had to jerk her hand away from him and walked towards Janaab.

She stood before him with her hands joined together on her back, Janaab looked up at the boy and gestured to her to sit beside him before the fire pit.

Chandni was sweating from inside, her t-shirt was drenched. She was so nervous that she could hear her heartbeats in her ears. She was sure she was one step away from death.

He pulled her towards him by holding her shirt collar and whispered near her lips,"You want to work for me, boy?" she could feel his stinky breath near her mouth, she wanted to puke seeing his red and yellow teeth but she controlled herself.

She looked dead at his white eyes and said in her manly voice,"Ji Janaab." (yes sir)

"Then you should know what work you are going to do,"Chandni's brows knitted in confusion. About what other work he was speaking about.

He motioned one of his men to bring something from inside leaving Chandni more confused.

"It's a new moon night tonight," Janaab said and Chandni looked at him, "We perform sacrifices at every new moon. It brings harmony to our business," he said, shocking Affan and Chandni more.

Now she was sure they belong to a cult only and it's not only an issue of child traffic ,they do much more than that to kids.

She did not understand why he was keeping his belief in them and telling them everything. She opened her mouth to ask why he was trusting her so much but before that she heard the first screams of a baby.

After a second it intensify more as his men entered in the hall with at least sixteen babies

The babies were naked with no thread of cloth in their body. It sent shivers down her spine when started chanting something and brought one baby near to Chandni.

"Hold her, boy," Janaab said, with a hint of smirk on his busted lips. Chandni gulped down her fear when she looked at the little baby girl before her eyes.

She held her tiny figure in her hands, her body was so warm and soft. She was crying so much she wanted to bring her closer to her chest and hide her from everyone but the man sitting beside was looking at her like a hawk.

Soon the cries of every baby stopped. It was only the baby in Chandni's arms who was crying as the man beside them started chanting something bizarre.

The baby girl was crying continuously and kicking her legs. There was no cloth in her body, she was so small to understand what the people around her were about to do with her. Chandni was chanting god's name under her breath. She was completely drenched in sweat and was shaking violently.

It was sick, it was inhumane and she was seeing it happening before her eyes.

"Here," Janaab passed a knife to Chandni. She shook her head not touching the knife in his hand. She finally brought the baby girl closer to her chest and started weeping behind that white mask.

"Come on girl. Sacrifice her so that a pure human's death brings well being to our business," he said, smiling widely to Chandni.

Her secret was open but Chandni did not care a bit. These kids and the other children were more important than her own life.

"No," she shouted, getting away from the animal disguised as a human.

"Chandni run," Affan shouted when he grasped that their secret was revealed but before he could move a muscle Janaab's men were holding him tight in one place.

Janaab shook his head at the young boy who escorted the two strangers in his den and again turned his gaze to Chandni,"Kill her," he said, blankly.

"No."

"I said kill her."

"No!!"

He chuckled mockingly and shook his head at the young girl,"Okay, then I will do the honor," he smiled maliciously, showing his dirty teeth and raising the knife to kill the baby and the girl holding her.

"Nooo," Chandni cried and after that everything turned silent.

Even the sound of the baby girl's crying.

Chandni opened her eyes and looked down at the baby in her arms.

A sound of gunshot resonated in the quiet hall.

And the chaos began.
